The third schedule of the company Act, 1965 shall apply to the company and the objects for which the company is established are :-

1)      To carry on the business of foot reflexology, traditional massage, physiotherapy, acupuncture, health care treatments, therapy and to deal in and provide related therapeutic services and products of whatsoever kinds of descriptions, medicated oil, moisturizer, chemicals, herbs and herbal products and all manner of pharmaceutical and other preparations and perfumes.

2)     To carry on the business of commission agents, packers, manufacturers, agents, general merchants, importers, exporters, distributors, general store keepers, wholesale and retail traders, buyers, sellers, dealers in all kinds of Chinese herbs, medicine and drugs, health food products and other products connected therewith human consumption and any other businesses incidental to or arising out of, or which can conveniently be carried on in conjunction with such businesses or any of them thereto.
